Developed a company policy manual and an employee handbook for a small defense contractor so that no fines or penalties would be imposed due to failing to comply with government regulations.

Reviewed, edited, and approved the necessary annual returns for 401(k) and ESOP plans to achieve compliance with ERISA requirements for all applicable plan years.

Completed the Small Business Administration’s Certificate of Competency paperwork in order to receive a U.S. Air Force contract award totaling $245,000 which was the first contract award for a start-up company.

Replaced a legacy accounting system with a state-of-the-art Enterprise accounting system that allowed for the elimination of 1 full-time accounting position and 1 part-time database consultant.

Changed insurance broker and insurance carrier for Workers’ Compensation insurance to realize a 50% premium reduction, saving the company $125,000 per year.
